1. Our Services

Forever Jade Films specializes in cinematic wedding videography and related services, including but not limited to wedding day filming, audio recording, drone coverage, color grading, film editing, and digital delivery. Package details, deliverables, coverage hours, and optional add-ons are outlined in your individual service agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

A signed service agreement and a non-refundable $500 retainer are required to reserve your wedding date.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding.

Failure to make payments by the agreed due dates may result in cancellation of services, and all monies paid may be forfeited.

Payment plans may be offered at our discretion.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

The booking retainer reserves your event date and is therefore non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

If your wedding is rescheduled, Forever Jade Films will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your new date. However, availability cannot be guaranteed.

If we are unavailable for the new date, all payments previously made remain non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible experience, clients agree to provide an accurate wedding timeline, notify us of any schedule changes, obtain all necessary venue permissions, inform photographers, planners, and other vendors that videography has been contracted, and ensure that guests understand filming will occur throughout the day.

Forever Jade Films is not responsible for missed moments resulting from delays in the wedding timeline, venue restrictions, photographer or vendor interference, guest interference, late arrivals, weather conditions, or lack of cooperation from participants.

5. Creative Style

Clients acknowledge they have reviewed our portfolio and understand our storytelling style, editing approach, color grading, pacing, music selection, and overall artistic vision.

Final editing decisions remain solely at the discretion of Forever Jade Films.

We do not guarantee the capture of every requested moment, as wedding days are live events with many variables beyond our control.

6. Drone Coverage

Drone footage is included when purchased or listed in your package.

Drone operations are subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, venue restrictions, airspace limitations, and pilot discretion.

If drone footage cannot be safely or legally captured, no refunds or credits will be issued.

7. Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery timelines are:

• Highlight Film: 8–12 weeks
• Ceremony Edit (if purchased): delivered with final gallery
• Toasts & Dances (if purchased): delivered with final gallery

Delivery times may be extended during peak wedding season or due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Revisions

One complimentary revision round is included for highlight films.

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions may incur editing fees.

Requests involving complete restructuring of the film, replacement of licensed music, or changes inconsistent with our artistic style may be declined.

9. Copyright & Personal Use

Forever Jade Films retains full copyright ownership of all footage, films, edits, and creative works produced. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use, including downloading, sharing with friends and family, and posting on social media.

Clients may not sell the films, edit or alter the films, apply filters or color changes, remove our branding or credits (when applicable), or use the films for commercial purposes without written permission.

Raw footage remains the property of Forever Jade Films unless purchased separately.
